Warranty Claim
We understand that issues can arise. If your Fox product malfunctions within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we're here to help.
To Submit A Claim
US Customers
- Complete the warranty claim form (Start Warranty) and include as much detail as possible about the problem including how it occurred.
- Include clear photos (clutter-free background) of the issue showing as much detail as possible about the problem.
- Include a copy of the purchase receipt.
You'll receive a response within 2-4 business days, and your claim should be resolved within 2-3 weeks.
Please note: Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse aren't covered by our warranty.
International Customers
International customers within Europe, contact customerservice.eu@foxracing.com and those with orders placed on foxracing.com from Costa Rica, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, and Taiwan, contact intlcustomerservice@foxracing.com.
