Yes, we use a tokenized system so no credit card information is stored in our systems.
Yes, you will have the option of using your Apple Pay account during checkout, directly in the cart, or on the product page itself. Simply click on the Apple Pay button on a compatible mobile device or the web in Safari and proceed through the checkout options.
Your card will be authorized upon placing the order and the authorization will settle upon shipping your order.

At Fox, we offer three goggle models. The sport-level Main, the race-level Airspace, and the pro-level Vue.

Racewear (Jersey & Pants): Machine wash, cold gentle, do not bleach. Line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean, wash dark colors separately, use a gentle detergent.

Helmet Pads: You will need to put these parts into a washing bag and wash them using the “gentle” or “hand-wash"" setting. A mild detergent is fine to use and an antimicrobial detergent will help to remove the smell. Be sure to wash at a low temperature.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 28 days from the date you received the order. Items must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel. Visit our Return Policy page for more details.


Start a Return

Once your package is received by our warehouse, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
We currently do not offer free return shipping labels. Log in to your account view your order and access your label.
To check the status of an existing order at any time, see our check order status page. You will need your order number, order email, and billing zip code.
Also, be sure to keep an eye on your inbox. You will receive two emails as your order journeys from us to your doorstep:

At this time, we do not price match any items. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You can cancel orders that haven't entered the fulfillment process yet. Please contact customerservice@foxracing.com to cancel your order. Please include your order number and cancellation request in the email.
You will receive an email 21-30 days after your purchase with a chance to review the items you have purchased, and you can also leave a review right on the product page, online.
Fox products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations, or if used other than the manner intended. Fox makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Visit our Warranty page for more details.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to make any changes to an order after if it has been placed; however, if you contact us before the order has been processed, we may be able to cancel the order, allowing you to make a new order with the needed updates.
We, unfortunately, do not process any direct exchanges at this time—there is no exception to this process. If you would like to substitute any items, please return the item as stated in our Returns Section, then simply place a new order online for the items you would like as replacement.

Ground shipping is currently $8.99, 2-Day is $19.99, and Next Day is $29.99. These rates are for the Mainland United States only.

Orders are processed and shipped, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day (see list of holidays below). Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process before it will ship. Shipping times are estimates. You can find a full list of shipping details on our Shipping Info page.
Our website does not accept orders placed outside the US, orders placed with an international debit/credit card, or orders that are billing and/or shipping outside the US. All 3 criteria must be met to process an order.
Fox does ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses via the United States Postal Service. When shipping to these types of addresses please be advised that there will be longer processing and shipping times, and expedited shipping options are not available.

Fox does ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses via the United States Postal Service. When shipping to these types of addresses please be advised that there will be longer processing and shipping times, and expedited shipping options are not available.
Fox provides free Standard Ground shipping on any Fox order over $99, 365 days a year (only valid for the Mainland United States). From time to time, we also offer Free Shipping specials. Current offers can be found on our Current Promotions page.
Fox Racing does not currently offer back ordering.
There sure are! We have multiple Fox store locations throughout California (Edinburg, Gilroy, Irvine, Livermore, Oshkosh, Pala, and Temecula) and in Las Vegas, Nevada. Not close to any of those locations? Use our Dealer Locator to find a store that carries Fox gear near you.
