Austin Forkner
Auston Forkner, born and raised in Richards, Missouri, quickly became dominant force in motocross after winning the 2012 and 2013 Monster Energy Cup Supermini Championships and the 2015 Amateur All-Stars Championship, earning him the AMA Horizon Award. He made his professional debut in 2016 and earned the Rookie of the Year title. He now races for the most successful team in the history of the sport, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki.
Despite his numerous accomplishments, Forkner has been plagued by injuries. In 2022, he suffered a collarbone injury during the Supercross season and was sidelined due to another injury in the Pro Motocross season that same year.
Looking ahead to 2023, Forkner plans to make this his last season in the 250SX Class as he sets his sights on the 450 Class during the Pro Motocross season, hoping to challenge for his first 250SX Class championship.
