Australia’s Jett Lawrence is one of the most promising talents in the MX world and burst onto the scene in 2020 as he turned Pro with the Geico Honda Team at the ripe age of 16. Originally hailing from the Sunshine Coast in Australia, the Lawrence family packed up and headed to Europe to chase their dreams in the MXGP scene after both Jett and his older brother Hunter experienced fast success in their native country. Jett followed his brother Hunter to Suzuki in 2016 and got his feet wet in the German ADAC series and EMX85s. In 2018, he made the jump to the highly competitive EMX250 Class and adapted quickly to the steep learning curve at only 14 years old. At the final round of the season, he swept the class with 1-1 Moto finishes at arguably one of the toughest tracks in the world, Assen.

Following the 2018 season, Jett and his family relocated to the USA after GEICO Honda signed both him and his brother Hunter to long term contracts. He jumped right into the Amateur scene in the States, experiencing quick success at Mini O’s and Loretta Lynns. Following Loretta Lynn’s in 2019, Lawrence made his pro debut at the Unadilla National. 2020 looks promising for Jett Lawrence as he’ll make his Supercross debut with GEICO Honda.
