Christian Craig started his professional career back in 2009. After a few years filled with injuries, Craig decided it was best to leave racing and focus on his family in 2013. After two years working a construction job back in Minnesota, Craig felt he needed to give racing one more shot. He rode most of the outdoor season for GEICO Honda in 2015 as a fill-in for Justin Bogle. After a very successful summer and podium at Red Bud, the team offered him a full-time ride. With no hesitation, Christian was more than thrilled to join the team in 2016 and is looking forward to being back at the races. Craig showed up in 2017 under the GEICO Honda tent and captured a season-best third place finish at round 3 in Toronto. He went on to finish inside the top 5 four additional times, including two fifth place finishes. Craig skipped the last 250SX East round in Las Vegas, due to filling-in for Ken Roczen for Team Honda HRC, and competed in the 450SX Class at round 15 and 17 where he finished 11th at both rounds, which was good enough for 25th overall. CC finished sixth overall in 250SX Eastern Regional Championship.
